About Me

Born three times, in Iran, Italy, and the Netherlands, I have built seven years of experience delivering solutions in engineering and project management.

Following three years of delivering IT projects, I transitioned into mechanical consulting, where I supported pressure vessels development for Iran’s leading steel manufacturer, the Mobarakeh Steel Company. After project delivery, I pursued a master’s degree in Italy to deepen my technical skills. I later concluded my research in advanced thermo-fluids engineering for additive manufacturing in the Netherlands.

Immediately after, I joined semiconductor leader ASML. There, I learned that mastering extreme technical complexity requires cross-border collaboration and a united team spirit. A year later, I founded Morpheidos Tech to turn technical know-how into impactful solutions. Delivering projects taught me that execution without reflection falls short, inspiring me to intentionally strengthen the leadership and human skills I had previously sidelined.

Seeking growth, I joined the Digital Society School at AUAS, pushing past my comfort zone and gained new insights into the meaning of teamwork, the art of communication, and the continuous pleasure of creation. Because creation is, in many ways, life’s growing light, a redemption from suffering, a discipline of change, and a willingness to be transformed by what we choose to build.

Apart from my personal project on balancing motion in space, inspired in part by the works of Alexander Calder, I am now in a liminal state, moving toward my next role and assignment, embracing the process of finding!

Also, I know a lot of dad jokes. I enjoy reading psychoanalysis and long-distance cycling - I’ve officially pedaled my way across the Netherlands from Italy!
